Neutral races like pandaren ended up not pleasing Blizzard.
If so, we would have more neutral breeds after Pandaria.
In BfA it would have been nice but Blizzard preferred not to recreate neutral races.

Like Vulpera? Honestly, there was no good cause for them to be horde only. And doesn’t shadowlands … fog factionality?
Vulpera, they already had their stories thought with no relation to the alliance.
About as well as Mechagnomes equip all their mechanical limbs.

Like all gnomes, they have legs.
Not being visible does not mean that they no longer have legs.
In the end, this is more of an obstacle to Blizzard than an impediment.
Blizzard may well say that “it doesn’t matter” and create something.

Well, our relationship with vulpes is already sealed, after the alliance attack their caravans in the service of the Horde.
Like Blood elves, vulperas now hate the alliance. Forever.
We may have vulperas in the alliance, if we paint them purple.

It’s almost like actively aiding the enemy of a faction makes you, by proxy, an enemy. And hating them for responding to an enemy in a military sense is a bit silly.
Blood elves also hated the Alliance originally because they blamed them for the deaths of their people - even though Lordaeron got utterly devastated.
