She could be if Sylvanas died before Uther. Because we saw a portion of Uther’s soul get put into Frostmourne, and another go to Shadowlands, there’s potentially a fraction of her soul in the Shadowlands. I don’t remember timelines, and I’m having a hard time finding it, but who died first?
