I just mentioned in another thread, but we haven’t announced a date yet. There are a number of other things in the patch that we are working on and need to get them all together so the content update can be released. I know the waiting is rough but we are getting closer as people have seen the progress on the PTR. Hang in there and we’ll announce… when it’s ready, heh.

I guess that answers your question; they are testing CoS encounters in the current PTR builds, so it would be safe to assume that raid is bundled in with the 8.1.5 patch and so yes, the ARs will have to wait until the rest of that content update is ready for release.
