Is blind bugged?

Came back to wow after a long hiatus, been playing Sin but have noticed scrolling over my tooltip for Blind in PVP it says the duration is 1.5 seconds.

It indeed only last 1.5 seconds, is this a new change or am i missing something.

1.5 seconds…please tell me this is a bug.

Airborne Irritant maybe? A talent that reduces both the cooldown and duration of Blind. It’s one of the first one in the class tree. Choice node with Gouge. Have you talented into that one?
