Why is it named invincible if I can see it?
Because it’s spelled incorrectly. It’s supposed to be Invisible, until it drops that is.

I assumed it was a pun for Arthas…converted to a dog bark. Yknow, arf, arf arf. Doesnt work well in text I understand me.
It is! But…
Arfus instead of Arfas, when it’s a play off Arthas.
Well, ArfAS would sound rather weird, to me anyhow. And dogs can’t spell very well anyhow. If he picked his name, I’ll go with that.
Sounds the same as “Arthas,” though.
LOL fair enough!
It’s a play on words. There is no such thing as “wrong.”
Arfus using -us is more in line with how Arthas is actually pronounced anyways, and just leans into more cutesy/child-like phonetics because it’s a dog.
This hadn’t occurred to me before, but I’m pretty sure it’s Arthas that’s spelled incorrectly. The pronunciation everyone gives is very clearly -us and not -as. For instance, it’s nowhere near rhyming with Sylvanas.
Not when it’s spelled wrong!
Yes, I will die on this hill just for sheer amusement purposes!
Or, it’s a joke. Notice the flavor text? There must always be a LICK king. Which is already a mispelling of LICH
Which would mean a joke spelling of Arthas, which is Arfas.
you’ve never been more wrong. i can’t believe you. i’m so mad
I’M SO MAD TOO!!!
Blame Hearthstone:
A headless nephew named the dog. Cut them some slack.
Lay off the edibles, man.
They can spell it anyway they want to, just please give me the pet!
because Arthas is pronouced arthUS same as nicholas is pronounced nikalus
