Would be cool to have an option of which group to associate with. Could even make any Goblin players affiliated with Steamwheedle to never go above neutral with any faction. Besides they get the best prices anywhere especially with their racial.

I read that it’s possible to mail between Horde and Alliance alts, but they have to be on the same server. Just what I heard.

If we can mail between faction on same server I’m changing my horde toon back to alliance

Yeh, that’s what I heard too. I will still take it.
I don’t know cross server rules for mailing for same faction characters, though. If it’s possible, it would be cool if they would open it up to cross faction as well.

But whenever all the remaining restrictions are lifted, I will probably start using my alliance toons more often.

Pretty sure it’s possible to mail BoA items, but not gold or BoEs or anything. I used to mail my Allies heirlooms from my Horde, before they added the heirloom tab and they’re on two different servers. Same faction, I would think it’d be the same thing, but I dunno 100%.

ironically i was dead set on staying horde since i came back last night but everytime i see these threads and comments it makes me want to go alliance. im not tied to any faction i’ve played both but the issue for me is that i kind of am tied but only to the nostalgia since i played horde for many years compared to alli.
i rarely play and have since BfA. in BfA i had a good excuse not to play due to depression that not even WoW would help with ( losing my mom to cancer ) but in SL idk i just stopped playing as often. all my friends quit WoW and i just need a fresh start. came back last night for the first time in months only to find out all my gold is gone due to my own problem ( not taking the mail i sent it in before it expired; im sure i can get it back but it wasn’t even a lot of gold to worry about just wanted it to use it for bags pretty much ).
i may go to alliance for the thrill of it check out their stories in BfA and what not but other then that i mean it just gives me a breath of fresh air. aesthetically i like alliance more excluding the race models. In any game i like to play the more animal like/weird races since most mmorpg’s it’s kind of just like humans but either way that doesn’t bother me.

MDI means literally nothing. It’s a very, very, VERY small group of players who play specific ways to save literally an extra second or two to time a key.
Please see HOF, show me once where alliance actually has beat or even come close to horde in pve.
Self lust racial? Horde.
Self dps increase racial? Horde.
3% mana racial? Horde.
I can go on. But okay, fine.
In combat invisibility to uh… Reset boss because you’re wiping? Alliance I guess.

Thats cool. HoF is a very very very VERY small percentage of players, but that doesn’t matter. If you think the only alliance racial is invisibilty then you are just uninformed. Both sides actually have racials that increase dps, some classes favor horde racials, some favor alliance racials. But, you like horde better and noone is gonna change your mind hehe. Have fun!
