getting rep in tw dungeons including tabard rep,but not getting rep in standard equivalent Normal/Heroic dungeons ie bc dungeons , Also not getting Ravenholt mob kill rep, Bloodsail Bucaneers rep, Timeless isle kill rep. Also no kill rep in raids like Karazhan, Temple of ahn’qiraj and such. 2nd toon that cannot get above mentioned rep. Both toons are warlocks and allied race. And both have had level boost applied.
I’m not clear what you’re asking. What specific faction are you trying to increase reputation with, and in which specific dungeons?
Overall, the only cities you can use dungeons for are the faction cities (like Stormwind or Darkspear Trolls) or the expansion factions from Burning Crusade, Wrath of the Lich King, and Cataclysm. The developers stopped enabling tabard championing for any of the factions added to the game after that.
i used home city tabards in bc dungeons only getting rep in tw version not standard bc dungeons, and not getting rep from the dungeon specific factions ie shadow labyrinth > lower city rep
Are you doing Heroic? Rep applies at higher levels in Heroic or Mythic? I believe.
Check you rep level, if it’s above Honored - I believe that’s only where it applies for those. Could be wrong though.

That’s strange cause regardless of TW, you still get rep for dungeons up to a point.
it also doesnt explain why i cant get ravenholt , sha’hao rep from timeless isle, Bloosail rep in the world as well 
What are your rep levels?
Ravenholdt requires heavy lockboxes, 5 of them per 75 rep - past Honored, I believe.
