I’ve never seen anybody with the mark before. I’ve also never seen a group not immediately fall apart as soon as a vote is called.
Frankly I’m not sure it’s had any significant effect at all. I’m sure there’s a whole guy out there who it helped time a key, and another who got held hostage, but I think most people are pretty much just ignore it and behave exactly as they did before.
