i love preach but i mean even he said he didn’t know it, it was his friends who run similar servers who told him this was the issue, and once told, like him, we all slap our palms to our foreheads cause it’s like wow really duh of course that was it. it’s just not something us plebs usually think about but yes of course that’s it.

Preach was right about the snapback effect in a zone when too many players use their abilities it causes a delay to the server if anyone wanted to know.

Interesting to note that the insane amount of RNG involved in the game is sort of DoS’ing their own servers.

People like you make a lot of the WoW community adverse to supporting or acknowledging content creators, furthering the divide between the two and ruining the community as a whole.

I was disappointed in Ion when he said that because there is lag in Boralus in the city and no one is doing that there. Somedays, particularly Tuesday you can’t even use the mailbox. So no I don’t buy that excuse but it does explain why we keep on having lag because they don’t have a clue what is causing it.

If you’re on a server hosting a shard with people going ham on it, it should be lagging correct?
If I am on a server where people aren’t doing nothing except standing around, I shouldn’t be lagging at ALL. And that is what is happening.

I’ve never had that bad of lag in Boralus.
On any server I’ve played on. o.O
Do you play on Tuesday right after reset? I get this on two servers whenever I am on at that time.

Yup. Prime time for me. You’d think there’d be less people right after reset with you know, work and stuff.
When I was playing on A52 I had 0 lag issues. Weird.
