I am no longer able to see the invite button for my private neighborhood. Not sure exactly when it disappeared but 3 days ago I tried inviting another person and the button was gone. At the moment, there are 18 people with houses in the neighborhood. I have tried other characters and disabled all addons but nothing helps.

This may be an issue that only Blizz can solve, unless other players come forward with a solution. Until that potentially happens it comes down to either putting in a ticket, asking over in the CS section (maybe the players there might know something), or just submitting a bug report so that the fix it people are aware. Sadly, a bug report most likely won’t garner a response.
I’m sorry that I can’t be more help, but hopefully this will give a little traction or a path forward.

Talk with your treasurer, usually that’s an indication of taxes not being paid.

Same problem here. It’s really frustrating because I have people that want in and there’s just nothing I can do. I even tried giving someone else neighborhood manager but for some stupid reason only the creator can invite, and the invite button ISNT THERE ANYMORE. blizzard ui. Not using any ui replacement addons.
Having the exact same issue. after inviting some friends to my private neighborhood the button dissapeared after a day. didn’t change ownership and the home in is from the same character that turned the charter. no addons too. really frustrating
I was told by one of the tech support people that apparently blizzard are working on this. It’s been 3 weeks since I saw that so just wondering if they could be a little more transparent with us and let us know maybe an ETA?
