Who We Are:
<Intervention> is a semi-casual raiding guild full of skilled, fun, and relaxed adults. We focus on clearing Heroic raid content, but occasionally dip our toes into some Mythic fights. Our goal is to get AOTC each tier while just having fun raiding. We aren’t very active outside of raids, but we have M+ teams that achieve KSM every season.

Raid times:
Tuesday and Thursday: 8:30 - 11pm EST/Server

What We’re Looking For:
We are currently looking to rebuild a solid foundation to our tank and healer teams in addition to filling some critical gaps in our dps roster. Any tank and healer is highly encouraged to apply. For dps, please check the recruitment section for up-to-date details on our needs.

While we are looking primarily at our raiding roster, we are also very interested in hearing from players, especially tanks and healers, that are interested in doing higher M+ keys (20+). Tank and healer players that can be full time (i.e. both raid and M+) are our ideal candidates. However, if you are someone that is interested more in M+ than in raid, we’d still like to hear from you.

Applicants should expect a brief interview, log analysis, and a trial period.

Note: With the introduction of cross-faction raiding, we do accept applications from both Horde and Alliance. We’ve formed our own Alliance guild if you’d like to join (though not required) and we’ll be using a shared community to do invites.

Bonuses:
If you have any of the following traits, it’s a bonus for our guild:

I am interested in what your guild has to offer.

On the Thrall Server:
I have a fresh 80 Druid on the server (Shiftter)
I also have all classes at level 30-50 (trying to level them all)

On Tichondirous I have

  • Nevafox Resto/enhance shaman
  • Nevá
  • Nevaduckchi

I played Shadowlands for the first tier and full cleared heroic as a Enhancement shaman then started as resto in the second tier on Tichondrious. I am wanting to play my Druid so I can tank or heal if needed. I like the challenge of both and I do not mind switching between any role as needed. I always want to start raid on time with all consumables on hand to keep things moving efficiently and using a short amount of time to do what guilds take twice as long to do.

I have not problem following orders or if needed giving them. I am off for Until Tuesday and am trying to play Catchup on my druid. So I should be on a lot.

I’m afraid we’re going to have to pass on your application. I can’t find any history of your Beast Master hunter having done any content in SL other than 5 fated bosses this season, not having 80 renown or all your conduits or completed soulbinds. We wish you luck in finding a guild to be your new home. :slight_smile:

Requirements have been updated to highlight the critical roles we need. Healers and Tanks are the highest priority.

Kinda sad a “semi-casual” guild (in Season 4 of all times) would publically reject a player from recruitment. Season 4 is a meme. This game needs more guilds and players to help spark some interest and share knowledge on the systems it has to offer or else were destined to never see new players. Missing conduits, lack of level 80 Renown, and even raid experience can be taught to a willing player and you passed on just that. A willing person.

As a person who was sorta looking for a new home, this post ruins it. I wish YOU luck finding “casual” players that fit your mold.

Sorry you feel that way, Razor. However, as you quoted, we are a semi-casual raiding guild. While we are recruiting in preparation for DF, we are actively raiding Heroic and working towards KSM. We’re looking to recruit players that can jump in at the level we need now and for the future.

We used to be much more relaxed in our recruitment because I like to believe in the potential of players and also tend to believe them when they say they’re “active” and “committed”, but this has come back to burn us for multiple expansions now. Players join being under geared and with little history from the expansion, and then put in little effort to catch up on gear, performance, or content; expecting to be carried and geared via raid. Or, they join when hype is high and put in the effort on a character and look like a great recruit, but then the new expansion comes out and we start serious progression and they burnout and quit.

While to a certain degree this happens with almost any guild that isn’t hardcore, we’ve run into these situations and others over and over and over and over again. The result being that our group suffers from player shortages throughout the expansion and our dedicated, active, loyal, and serious players are left to scramble to fill positions they didn’t want to play.

One of our core principles is that we want everyone to have fun while playing and to play whatever they feel like playing for a given tier. We don’t care about meta at our level, we just want you to have fun raiding. And I hate that over the last two expansions, I’ve had to force some of our best players to play something that they didn’t really want to just because we recruited flaky and uncommitted players at the end of an expansion; all of which could have been avoided if I would have said “no thanks” on a recruitment after looking into their history for more than 5 minutes.

Therefore, yes, we’re being more selective this time around. We’re currently raiding these fated raids on Heroic to get the title and mount. I’m looking for recruits that actively play the game and show a commitment to having played at the AOTC or KSM level throughout the expansion. Anything less, no matter how good intentioned the person may be, just ends up hurting the guild in the long run. If that philosophy doesn’t make sense to you or if you disagree, then best to keep on looking for a guild that does align with your values and goals for the game. :slight_smile: We wish you the best of luck in your search and hope you find a good home.

Greetings everyone!

With Dragonflight fast approaching, we are looking for more healers and dps to fill out our roster.

Healers that are interested in also doing M+ are highly encouraged to apply so that we can form additional M+ teams during DF.

DPS priorities are listed above, but Death Knights, Windwalkers, Warlocks, and Rogues are in high demand.
