Any 13th or 14th gen Intel CPU may be degraded due to the voltage issue. The i7s and i9s are most susceptible because they have higher draws to begin with.
If you’re seeing crashing, and have gone through all of the basic troubleshooting steps to rule out other more common possibilities - software conflict, driver issue, OS problems/corruption, malware/virus, etc. - then you need to contact the manufacturer for your computer to initiate the RMA process on your CPU. If you built your system yourself, then you need to contact Intel directly to start the RMA process
