Probably just a bg target addon if it’s in bgs or gladius if it’s in arena. Convoke is a death sentence if you don’t interrupt it so it’s very high on most peoples priority list.
Back in WoD there was a cheat program that did something like that. I won’t mention the name because I think providing the name of exploitive software is against the rules. I’m not going to say people are using these scripts again, but I won’t be like others and deny the possibility. It’s happened before and history likes to repeat itself.

I mean, yeah, trading CDs has always been a core part of the game. Its not like its impossible to do without addons. They aren’t allowed in AWC tournaments for example and people can clearly still perform very well.
with a great power there needs to be a way to combat it. Ask for the ability to be nerfed and not have a cast time aymore.
I honestly have no clue it and cant tell weather if its a really good player as Caelin mentioned or something sus like that…

I feel like i am versing alot of more aware players in bgs than i used too like in BFA.

Main problem with it is the RNG, it can either do nothing or literally kill someone in 0.1 seconds (no hyperbole, plenty of death log screenshots) if the first couple ticks proc Star Surge and/or Full Moon.
It needs to be reworked.
CD watching just isn’t my idea of a good ‘fight’ tho, you know what I mean? I just want to fight.
I mean i guess, just a personal taste thing at that point. Personally i enjoy MMO PvP because of the strategic aspect of it so its why it works for me but its certainly not for everyone i suppose yeah.
Mkay. Convoke is absolutely going to be nerfed, as is boomkin AoE damage. There’s a reason RBGs stack boomkins.
I’d prepare yourself now so you don’t whine on the forums when it happens.
I watch druids exclusively and hold my kick until convoke is casting even in group pvp I’m always watching the druid they’re the major threat atm.

A lot of people have their nameplates to be set up to be class specific, so it’s pretty easy to spot the Druid hanging out the back and make sure they don’t get to Convoke.

Basically this, you really have to work for that window of opportunity to be able to get a full convoke, hiding behind someone is not good enough if you have characters that can use a ranged CC or interrupt, convoke puts a Red neon sign on your head, it is a kick/interrupt magnet, I don’t think there is a specific widespread automatization in interrupts tailored against convoke, but hey people tend to cheat so wont be surprised if there is tough.
Shame, tho, it’s a great PvE ability for M+
Necrolords is really good.
Druids will smugly tell you to L2P and interrupt when people complain about convoke. Turns out nobody likes being killed in half a second so they save their kicks for your cheese spell.

Interrupt bots have existed for years and blizzard refuses to do anything about it.
Its funny being in an epic BG with a massive battle going on and you are 30 yards back and hit convoke to heal - and its interrupted before it gets past the first spell.

If possible, try to juke players. Start/stop cast to bait a kick. Then cast. Or use a ‘junk’ spell from an off school of magic. Then cast after the kick.
After reading this thread, I might need to find a weak aura that tells me when someone has kicked (not sure if possible).
No I agree with OP, i noticed this too it’s VERY strange behavior that i started recording clips of it, I need to put them all together and post it up on youtube or something…
But back to what the OP is saying, i’ve ALSO put myself in weird spots, tested from super hard positions and the moment i use Convoke it’s instantly silenced.

Yeah like i understand some people interrupt me out of pure skill
but sometimes its just so quick and makes no sense in regards to my positioning.
I am too going to make clips of it to weed out any new bot that could people could potentially be using.
