Don’t buy the xfer it doesn’t work on SoD you would be wasting your money and have to beg blizzard for a refund.

Why does that matter when
1.) Server population also stipulates raid. So it does matter
2.) Blood Moon IS a FFA, yes, but there is no cross faction grouping. Yet again, DOES matter.
3.) PvE realms still que for BG, and AS groups. So yet again, toss your opinion out and put this in the DOES matter stack.
4.) Believe it or not, people STILL PvP on PvE realms. Big shock. A dead server is a dead server and a bad deal is still a bad deal.
So now that youve been correcred on all counts, do you need ant further explanation why server pop is important? Or are you just being outspoken because nobody will listen otherwise?

OP did no research. His guild did no research. OP is looking to world pvp on a pve server.
A lot of us aren’t pvpers, we just think that pvp servers (even with the jerks) are closer to how WoW should be played.
Lore wise it also makes sense.
Just made a toon on Wild Growth at 3:30 EST in the afternoon on a weekday and did /who Sunken Temple. Full list. And there’s people pugging.
Hopping my fresh Troll mage on the zep to gromgol, and blood moon isn’t even for another hour and a half on this server, but there are people in chat forming groups.
I didn’t see any premades forming, so I kinda trolled by asking in /lfg if anyone wants to group for WSG pre-mades, and got 2 whispers immediately, but then I panic-logged cause I am level 2 and can’t actually form a group.
Believe it or not, the population that intentionally roll characters on PVE realms went there so that you can’t just PVP anywhere, so your opinion on the impacts is irrelevant and this server type is literally in existence to cater to their demographic.
Server pop is important.
But your complaints aren’t valid. Especially PVP related complaint when intentially switching to a PVE server.
One person could have made a toon and asked around to see what the server was like and hit the cities but nope blindly gotta do it and complain

Wrong. Blizz let people xfer off because they couldnt fix the layering problem that was effectively creating horde and alliance only layers in the same realm. They also eluded to this at the bottom of the blue post when they annouced the free xfers
Basically the same thing as going from classic to retail.
World pvp = 0 (even with wm on lol)
It’s not irrelevant. He wants to get a group of 5 friends to queue together. Playing solo queue is like herding cats and goes against the spirit of an mmo, people don’t enjoy doing it and it’s proven by 5 man groups being instant queue and solo 20+ minutes.

No what they said was that incursions were forcing too much WPvP and that some players couldn’t handle it.
Yes and no. You cant group with the opposite faction. So if one faction has fewer people it will he harder to get optimal comps.
