Advanced Troubleshooting

1. Delete the Battle.net Tools folder to automatically rebuild outdated or corrupt files.

2. Uninstalling and reinstalling the Battle.net App may resolve rare launcher issues.

3. Reset the WMI Repository. This can help in cases where the root problem is caused by the WMI service failing.

Is it Windows PC? Seems like a compatibility issue, but with out knowing what kind of PC, it might help to post more information on that as well.

Might also help to know what kind of internet you are on, is it wired/wireless router.
