Everything is being destroyed by greed at the moment. No one can “afford” to staff anyone because of “reasons”.
Untrue. My empowered form is noticeably female, whether interacting with objects, trigggered by abilities or activated manually.
Lies spread by warlocks.
Picks you up, and carries you out of Azj-Kahet/Hallowfall “There, no more bugs!”
This or the clones made from different mechanics are a different gender
There are. Now so many ,forms of the same I’m sure it’s bottlenecking the servers that the only logical thing I can think of…
Classic hardcore classic anniversary
Classic tbc/remix…etc .
can’t build up your collection of wax with the kobolds, the bar keeps emptying unless you do the whole thing all at once
I was with my guild group last night doing progression mythic plus keys. We were in Floodgate, and as we were approaching the trash next to the first boss, the boss suddenly pulled on its own then every mob in the dungeon became invisible and all 5 of us were invisible to each other. So all I could see was my own character and the assets of the dungeon, no mobs. This stayed that way until the boss took turns killing all of us and after we were all dead we could see each other again. I’m so over the bugs that have been plaguing us all expansion. After that run we called it for the night because play-testing blizzard’s game has become exhausting.
Oh and edit, I know they are obviously different teams, but wanted to mention that D4 is also chock full of bugs. I swear every play session in that game is a new adventure of “will this break”. Something is going on at blizz. I’ve heard jokes about them firing their testing team, is that actually true? I’m beginning to think it is based on the crap I found all the time.
Funny you mention that. I too have noticed new bugs on old content that were not there prior to TWW.
I feel like the faster the content shows up the less time they have for testing, and to be honest, we all brought this on ourselves by complaining about the content droughts that we were stuck in for months at a time. There’s a reason why everything worked better back then it’s because they weren’t rushing.
Thankfully you could just buy the figurines from previous events and buy them. Only had to do that buggy Dornogal event once(or never lol)
Nah, at this point we really got to stop blaming the players for this. Legion also released content quite fast and it worked out just fine, release day was also completely smooth. Aside from a single WQ being bugged for a few hours or some balancing issues, every patch was fully functional and there weren’t several major bugs that broke everything.
There are more bugs now in Legion content than there were back then when the content was fresh… which would be hilarious if it wasn’t so sad.
And, more importantly, there has to be a middle ground. There are more options between “dishing out content every few weeks” and “waiting 8 months for the next patch”. Blizz just can’t seem to find it.
Ahhh! Nuance! Someone make it stop!
I noticed with the recent patches my FPS is yo-yoing around like a blood death knight’s health bar. I have a great computer and it can easily run more graphically demanding games than WoW with zero issues.
I hope optimization will be a priority in the future. I understand main cities can be laggy, I don’t care about that… but FPS not being consistent in other areas and instances is a bit concerning…
Was doing world quests in Undermined when the game decided randomly that I had just discovered the raid renoun rep for the first time.
I started crashing whenever I would log in as the game was like “hey you discovered the raid rep for the first time”. After about 10 minutes the issue corrected itself, but it was pretty random.
The reason things actually worked back then was because they actually had a QA and QC team to ensure a quality product was released , now Blizz / Microsoft use the players as their testers instead of employing people to test content for quality.
I disagree. An insane amount of bugs would be that scene from Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom.
And they’ve made some amazing appliances that have lasted 30, 40, 50 years of years and some people can’t do anything but complain.
The ones making those calls are most certainly not the same ones making the content. >.>
The reason for this is because year over year the slow creep of lacking performance and growing bugs was constantly ridiculed and labeled as minor by the majority of people on these forums and in game.
Now it’s at a point that you players start to care, but it’s too little too late. They don’t care about performance, they don’t care to resolve the bugs with any type of haste.
Wow will continue to get less and less playable year over year, because time and time again we’ve proven that a performant game isn’t something we’re concerned with.
You guys made the bed, sleep in it.
