is there a way or an add on perhaps that makes it more obvious when this procs?
I do also use ElvUI if anyone has any tricks to separating out specific buffs to be more obvious.
I think it’s auto enabled you might have to dig into the interface.
Infusion procs should give you a yellow vertical bar one on each side “you get two of you talent it which you should be doing”

the cooldown manager has a few options, can have it as a tracked bar and even assign a sound cue to it when it triggers like me personally i use a wind chime sound for infusion of light and bubbles popping for divine purpose.

Turning up spell opacity can help if you want to use defaults. There’s a shiny thing around your character when you get an infusion proc (and a thing above your character with divine purpose).
You also get a unique sound when it procs, although it can be quiet depending on your sound settings.
It’s a trackable buff on the CDM, as well.
