Is there some gatekeeper issue with people earning gold in this game?

other quests were buffed, those nerfed didnt even require you to dismount longer than to loot an item.
They should have kept the Gold but swapped them to Dailies.
If they turn it off quickly it’s “the sweaty streamers were the only ones who could abuse this.”
When they leave something in for a while it’s “why’d they leave it in for so long??”
I feel bad for Blizzard.

Or they should do PTR tests for this stuff so phases don’t release in this state. Its not worth the whole “surprise” factor anymore. Ever since p1 the new runes added into phases have been figured out in a day or less. Thats not worth it to not have a PTR.
They aren’t going to have a PTR for something like SoD.
It’s just a fun seasonal version of Classic WoW.
It isn’t competitive. It isn’t hardcore at all, and it surely isn’t balanced.
You either have fun with it or you don’t.
Tired of players with zero equity in the company or game defending it with tired tropes of “seasonal”
Seasonal doesn’t mean the time investment is any less. This is going for at least a year - people have spent less time in non “seasonal” expansions/ games.

It’s a fact that it’s a seasonal version of WoW.
What they need to do is just delete Incursions from the game.
Add 2 new vendors. One for whatever poop PVE loot they want to add and then another vendor for new PVP loot with STAMINA ON IT.
Then increase honor gains by 200% in BGs.
Start putting loot tokens in the raid that let you buy stuff from the loot vendor (and honestly put them in dungeons also). E Z P Z, stop trying to reinvent the wheel but also stop beating around the bush and avoid the WHEEL. We had PVE loot vendors in TBC and Wrath, just put them in bro, why tf are these devs so slow and stubborn.

every phase has had the bug that sticks around just long enough for the streamers and nolifers to exploit it
You might have done it too quickly. They’re like 150-250g now on my server last I looked. Not sure if they’re selling but frost mage just exploded as a spec and roughly half of em want +frost damage gear/enchants.
Another thing they need to do is delete Ret spec from the game and just have Holy and Prot. (Kidding of course)
Alliance has like zero healers in BGs.
Also delete the Rogue tank runes and make them a healer.
No, give them lyres and banjos and make them a crappy bard that sings and dances and tells jokes to buff and support other classes. Also, change their mechanics so it’s really hard to justify giving them loot over any other class in the raid.
Okay sure and then after that change Windfury weapon to “Increases your chance to let out a fart by 80%” and then nerf Shadow Priest dots by 50%.

They should. Maybe the phases won’t be released in broken states like p3 has been where people were making 1200g an hour at the start. All of the changes they’ve made over the last 2 weeks wouldn’t be necessary if we had PTR. All we’d lose is the few hours after a phase launch where runes are still being “discovered” (looked up on wowhead).
Then theres no reason for changes like this. It’s been here for 2 weeks, nerfing it now is just a horrible decision. People have already made thousands of gold through incursions. What are people coming in late supposed to do?
People who come in late are already behind. Once they find out they are have to do 2 to 3 times as many incursion quests to make the same amount of gold the players who came before them did they’ll just not bother and quit. Stuff like this ruins economies in online games.
Luckily this isn’t an exploit. People are losing their minds over the warlock bags but don’t realize that the hinterlands gold farm was so wide spread and abused, it injected more gold into economy than the drop of a bucket the warlock exploit likely did. Seeing as there are no restrictions for one and not the other.
The game is fine.
