Those saying just dont use buffs or gear. You know that’s disingenuous. How do you enforce the rules across groups of people on both factions. Self policed at a server wide scale? Odds are you wont find enough people to fill a group to do that.

You dont.
You dont enforce anything upon anyone outside of your established group.
You come up with a ruleset and guidelines for your group, and you do not worry about what other people are doing, they dont matter, you are not doing it for them.
