Everyone does not want his meta, Which IS his own idea of a meta, but not everyone else’s.
You’d be lucky if you could even get Everyone to even agree on it.

Now if he wants to write his own MMO, then he can dictate the meta
and everyone can buy the game, or not

unfortunately were not meeting to make a new mmo. were also not forcing anyone to do anything. these proposed ideas have no intent to cause any harm to the existing gameplay on wow’s servers. they are merely additions, and are not intended to replace any gameplay already in effect. the idea would be to release the server alongside what already exists. at its worst it would detract from the populations on other servers as people flocked to try out the permadeath or hardmode server, but only if it were successful.
