yeah i gave up on running 15 chars…its just too much …no time…just run my main once a day, call it good. not even gonna worry about if i get it or not.

Waiting for one of the CMs to pop in and tell us the devs are happy with the increased drop rate, and some fiction about how so many more players are getting it this year versus the past.

I never liked the mount enough to try more than a couple times per event… the Headless horseman mount though… had to have ran that 1000 time (literally) before i got it.

17 alts per day and nothing. I know it’s not 52 like some people, but it’s still more than most and more than the people who are doing one run and getting it and not even caring.
Give us the increased drop for every attempt please.

I have seen 5 people get the mount this year, which is 5 more than I have ever seen in the previous 15 years combined (or however long it’s been). So it definitely was increased. I just think it was changed from .003% to something like 1%.
I wish they were transparent and honest about drop rates and did away with this “greatly increased chance” bullcrap. It’s very disingenuous to make people think there’s any reasonable chance when in reality there still isn’t.

Technically, that would be “greatly” increase. but if they came out with the exact numbers, people would probably complain even more.
doesnt really matter what number they give it though, they can tell it to us and people will be outraged no matter what it is

A whole year to come up with this with zero player input or acknowledgement of feedback this year. I’m not impressed blizzard.

They increased the chance. They didn’t say it was going to be 100% drop rate. I don’t get the obsession over this thing.

I got it other day after farming so many times on so many different characters over the years but even with that I support it dropping way more for everyone that wants to get it to be able to get it honestly.

I am not outraged about the drop rate. It’s been 15 years; I’ve made peace with this thing never dropping for me. LOL
I find the lack of transparency distasteful and disrespectful as a paying customer. We should know just how ridiculous the drop rate is/was. Just say it’s a 1% drop rate; they have done that with other mounts, like the ones that drop for sure off mythic raid bosses and then that content becomes legacy.

Naddah still. But after 15 or so years I’ve stopped expecting to ever see in.
Nor the entitlement that an increased drop rate apparently means “guaranteed to drop within the holiday”
