If you log into a character below the first 12, while scrolled up to the top of the character selection, after you log out of this character, the character select screen will sometimes not scroll back down correctly and will instead highlight the 12th character on the screen.
I say sometimes, because it only happens some of the time, not sure if there are other impacting factors,
I’d submit a screenshot, but apparently that’d be too helpful for a bug report forum.
