Stick to multi while very slightly changing to single.
This will put BM Leader of the Pack in mid-tier.
Dark Ranger is in the mid-tier.
Survival will be S-tier. I’m most certain of it. Blizz will have to adjust them. Some of the Survival Hunters will be mad at me for pointing them out, but I don’t care. Why? Fairness across all specs and classes.
Let’s hope they can even out all of the classes and specs, so we’re all mid-tier and have an equal chance of having fun doing mythics. That’s all I care about. From the Mage to the Druid. From the Warrior to the Rogue. Equal DPS across the charts so we can all have fun.

Sorry, you’re getting close to leaving the bucket and it isn’t fair to the rest of us crabs stuck in the bucket
Is this your metaphorical way of saying, “Us hunters will disown you?” I don’t care if I’m liked or disliked. That isn’t meant to be rude. It’s standing my ground, saying exactly what I’ll keep saying, fairness amongst all classes and specs. I’m about making sure all players are treated fairly.
Have you seen the increased damage buffs Survival Hunters are getting?
- Auto attack damage increased by 35%.
- Wildfire Bomb primary target damage bonus increased to 80% (was 60%).
- Raptor Strike damage increased by 10%.
- Raptor Swipe now deals 35/70% increased damage to its primary target (was 25/50%).
- Sentinel: Fixed an issue causing Sanctified Armaments to do be modified by damage taken and damage dealt increases.
Does that seem a bit too strong? Noxxic and U GG have you guys marked as the top 5. Wowhead has you guys marked as the B. Icy Veins has you guys marked at C. That’s a lot of differences between all 4 of those. They’re all confused and don’t know where Survival Hunter will land. I personally feel it’s going to be A, and even possibly go into the S tier category.
We’ll figure out where things land very soon! If Survival Hunters become S-tier, I would like for you to come back and say, “You were right,” but I don’t think that will happen.

It’s a noble dream but that’s all it’ll be, there’s too many variables in encounters and how the classes are designed so there will always be a “best” choice.
BM/MM were ahead of SV most of TWW, so SV can have time in the limelight as top hunter spec if that turns out to be the case

MM over pack leader with stampede any day of the week. the variance of mods/boss moving or being on uneven ground and it bugging out is just way too high.
