They really need to remove the Race/Class restrictions if they’re going to remove the Gender/Customization restrictions. It doesn’t make sense to say certain races aren’t capable of learning certain combat arts, but turn around and say that biology has no bearing on social identity.

It does affect me. In game I’m a woman, not a body type 2. A woman. It’s dumb.

It’s insulting and dehumanizing. It makes it feel like I’m a amorphous robot instead if a person.

Slowly the world will become cyberpunk. We are not our sex, our gender, our voices. We are not our arms or legs. everything is upgradeable and interchangeable. (this is prob actually going to happen whether you like it or not).

Go look up Forest Valkai on Youtube. He has a PhD in Biology I believe. He’s got a video called Sex and Sensibility where he explains that this is true also for mammals and humans.

For example, a woman, who has a female body, female body parts, and identifies as female, can be an XY and not even realize it. And it gets even more insane than that. Sex and gender just isn’t as simple as some people want to think it is.

And even if it was . . .

This is just a simple toggle that people can ignore if they don’t want it . . .

If you need this to make your gaming experience fun, you are doing it wrong. Complete waste of resources and catering to ridiculous demands. Meanwhile we still have limited hair colors, styles and no armor dye. Priorities are wrong.
