Get well geared and instant PVP queues are great.
Cities better layed out. Horde hovels are so 3rd world. Not a personal judgement against the citizens, but I like advanced societies.
Alliance are more fun for me and I do play horde as well.
It’ll be pointless for yet another guild to work their way up on the Alliance side then switch to Horde to join the majority of the raiding scene because it’s easier to be competitive/actually viable looks at Method
There needs to be incentives first
Just get rid of the factions and let everyone go to all cities and choose any race for an Alt
