Not according to the latest news drop:
I read that Incendius is EST and Boggle is PST

Obviously, only blizz can confirm, but If I had to guess, I’d say the name reservation article is the incorrect one. Westfall doesn’t even have “Eastern Time” only “Eastern,” and Incendius is listed as Eastern Time in both the “New Realms Opening Monday” and the “Realm Names and Types” pinned forum posts.
I agree with you, for sure - though I still think it’s important for a Blue to clarify so that there isn’t confusion on launch day.

Oh yeah, they definitely need to fix whichever one is wrong ASAP. People will be planning/resubbing over the weekend and this will really throw a wrench in things.
