So we are in agreement, someone else is doing the actual painting. And Blizzard isn’t going to hire expensive artists to do that when there are thousands of people who are happy to do that job for pennies in a country with zero worker protections.
That phrase only means Blizzard isn’t acting as a reseller for someone elses product. It doesn’t mean it’s not being manufactured in another country by people who earn a dollar a day.
