I have a level 90 character. I have tried to change the level of dungeon. The drop down when clicking on the portrait does not appear. I have disabled all addons. I have logged out and logged back in making sure I came to a major city. Still no drop down. I am NOT in war mode.
However when I got to my other characters, everything is functioning. WTF is going on??
