Jeez, even though this is a two month old thread, just reading through some of the responses made me want to pour out a few drinks. Not for myself, but from the looks of the level of thirst in this thread some people could definitely use one.

This might come off as sexist but honestly, I think women do this a lot more than men. Like they are incredibly petty toward each other. It’s like crabs in a bucket, one is miserable and will be hellbent on making the others suffer alongside.
That and the whole Twitter research thing a few years about about “Misogyny on the Internet” showed that the bulk of tweets negative toward women were from other women. It isn’t that men hate women so much as a lot of women seem to hate everybody.
Is what people say when they are about to be sexist as hell.

Yeah it’s not the best precursor but I didn’t mean that in a sexist tone as in it being fueled by hatred of women (ironic since I’m going through HRT to try and become one) but more just objective assessment from anecdotes and tangible data.
It kind of depends on the person reading. Some read something like that and just presume its sexist, others actually have a brain and can get the point trying to be made. That was more of saying “Now hear me out for why I’m saying this.”
But end of the day, there will be some that read it as stemming from sexism (again, lmao) and some who will get the point. I only hope more intelligent people read it than unintelligent.
I’m just glad to see there are supportive people to step up; i’ve never been good at this sort of thing- but i hope things get better for you.
