In game mail options to reduce harassment

Ignore blocks whispers from the account. not in game mail from various toons.

After it happening even twice, they would have been banned if reported. This thread isn’t adding up. Also, the whole “my friend” gimmick isn’t really holding any water. You’re intentionally saying this so that Blizzard can’t check the logs to see if this really happening or if this is some sensationalist post trying to stir up forum drama.

Yes

I’m only trying it because it’s new

We have a guildy who deals with legal matters in the guild and he pretty much says because there is no immediate physical threat to her life or that she is not in fear for her life there is nothing that actual law enforcement can do. Its a sad messed up situation

I don’t really give a hoot. Servers are down. This is up. That’s why I asked them to post proof

I had the wrong person targeted, my bad. Meant to tag OP.

Anyways, this is a fake thread to stir up drama that isn’t happening.

They really should not be posting proof on the forums, as that would be calling out a player and violating the CoC.

Tell her to keep making tickets to Blizzard. I believe you can add screen captures to the ticket as well. Make a new ticket for each new character made. They will find out who’s on the other end of the account.

Big fax machine

If any one of us posted the messages we would be banned I’m sure since this is a public forum and the messages are rife with slurs.

Nah. They’re posting deleted characters.

I assure you its not fake at all. But you are entitled to your opinion along with everyone else. regardless thanks for the input and viewing

Stirring the pot, wbu

If you read the OP you’d know what he was asking them to do. It’s literally in the first paragraph.

Doesn’t matter.

All it does is lead to stalker-behavior and witch hunts which is why anything that can be construed as calling out a player is not allowed on the forums.

I’m skeptical about this whole thing and my curiosity is piqued, but if they are genuine I don’t want them to get in trouble or have the thread locked down and any useful feedback about in-game communication systems lost as a result.

Love your name. can I call you it all the timeeeeeeee.

Well it’s not really an opinion. Your supposed friend would have reported this to GMs and they would have addressed this with the offender. It doesn’t matter if they got on level 1 alts, sent mail to him, and deleted the character. Blizzard still has access to all character IDs and on their backend, each mail item has an ID attached to it that they can then trace to the account that sent it, regardless of if the character exists anymore.

This is definitely just a thread for attention.
