In game Broadcast Message Not working

Hello I am currently having an issue when logged into Retail where my Broadcast messages / updates to battlenet friends also in games aren’t sending nor showing up as notifications. I have enabled and disabled numerously the “show toast window” in social, that does nothing.

Before hand I could update my broadcast message: (I.e)- “Does anyone want to do delves?” hit update and I would get a pop up notification above my chatbox that said “Broadcast Sent” I was also able to see friend’s broadcast messages pop up as well as friends coming online

Now: I do that and I no longer recieve that notification, I dont see when friends come online, and I dont see their broadcast messages either

I can’t find a fix for this anywhere so if anyone has any suggestions I will happily try them.

This continues to be a problem, the message appears when you mouse over someone on btag, but there is no toast tab w/the announcement any longer.

Hey all, I tested and saw the same behavior. Make sure to file a Support > Bug Report for the QA team, since they won’t see it in here.

I was trying to do that but it kept redirecting me to make a forum post, I will try again though thank you! It was likely I was going through the wrong spot though

Yes, that is also what I am suggesting that you do. The link I provided is for the Bug Report forum, where you can make a post to report this. You are in the tech support forum, and bugs aren’t collected here.

I have been trying this for a while!!! now just gave up.after all its small indie comp.just have to live with it.

There is a worst case scenario option…but please save all the settings prior cause once use the command /console cvar_default it will reset all settings in the game.
