I fully support this! I really love the newly added dragonrider’s harness and I hope they add more similar to this. The idea of it adding tattoo’s is really neat and I hope they do more of this for other armor types.

I wish we (Darkspear) had body paint to go with our face paint. I’d probably dress more… well, less lol.

Simple and easy solution is just make chest a slot you can hide, like helm, shoulders, and cloak.

In the long run, I agree. More mogs that have unique design that shows off that tattoos would be nice.

I always try to find some way to have a visible item in every slot except shirt and tabard. That’s not to say there aren’t great transmogs with any number of hidden armor slots. It’s fine with me if it ever becomes an option to hide chests.
