I would love to see AI companions in leveling dungeons beyond just DF.
No more feeling rushed because the uberl33t hunter on his 47th alt needs to finish Maraudon 2 minutes and 3 seconds flat before his torintino’s pizza rolls finish cooking.

Well, to be pedantic, it doesn’t say anything about loot, or if these are different in other ways. Normal dungeons have been uninteresting since forever. Also doesn’t say if you can level with these or not.
It will be nice to make a party to explore some dark corners of the dungeons that the normal routes miss, but since are mostly linear anyway, there’s not much value there either.
But I can see this going up to heroics later on, but long term, it’s not going to be very useful for character power, save at the lowest levels.

I mean, it says 5 new hair colours. Nothing about beards.
Blood elf customisation was one of their main headlining updates for the last patch and they only got 4 new hair colours.
I wouldnt expect anything more than what they listed for now

Looking forward to Dragonriding everywhere. And looking forward to my Worgens getting their home back… I am surprised that with how friendly the Horde and Alliance were these days, that the Forsaken didn’t just give Gilneas back as a gesture of good will.

AI follower dungeons, that’s awesome. It’ll help me learn to tank without looking like a complete idiot to others! 
Glad we’re getting DR everywhere and I can finally bring some of my favorite dragons home to other parts of Azeroth.
It’s pretty cool we’re going to finally get to revisit Gilneas and help reclaim it. What’s going on with Lordaeron? Also, what about Southshore? I thought it was cleaned up a while ago.
I really hope Trolls get more than just hair colors.

In the datamined strings, this was a LFG option below Normal.
My theory is it’ll reward less XP, lower loot. That’s how it works in Old Republic.

NPC dungeon groups has been a long time coming, the Random Dungeon Finder tool is simply not as much fun as doing things yourself, would prefer if heroic was on the list too but normal is fine. Simply put, nobody should be forced to deal with toxic groups or the long wait period it takes to get into the dungeons. Sure tanks and heals have a easy time but the DPS is always waiting. A good middle ground I suppose if this technology ends up doing well would be to autofill groups with AI followers when the wait period is too long. Yes this would mean groups will most the time be all dps and 2 AI’s but it’s absurd to have people sit around for a half hour or more.

If they are putting AI NPC into dungeons I hope they are making smarter AI to help the players out and doing it better than say other mmo.
A bit disappointed not to see Heritage to be honest. Definitely curious what draenei customization will be, though.

With AI technology today if they choose to invest in it, they could actually be quite a bit better. I doubt that is what we are getting but they could be designed to answer questions regarding the dungeon your in amongst other things.
