If there is going to be such an issue with Tanks in Arena then clearly Arena is the problem and should be removed. Lets be honest PvP could of been so much better in this game if Arena never happened. Arena is the least important and played aspect of PvP and maybe they should get rid of it and focus on other aspects of PvP in this game. Then balance the 3 class roles around large scale PvP which would make more sense for an MMORPG then the mini game of Arena.
We could have Esport Brawls or 6v6. What we do know is the AWC and 3’s should be abandoned because it just doesn’t work and people don’t want to watch it.

I do believe that intended game design and the molecular structure of water and oxygen in no way, shape, or form relate to each other. The devs made PvP talents to use in PvP scenarios. You can’t use said PvP talents in instanced PvE content such as raids or dungeons. Are you implying that tank PvP talents are only implied to being used in world PvP? Then why are they allowed in instanced PvP? If tanks don’t belong in instanced PvP why can people queue them in instanced PvP?
Your response was literally non-informative and pointless at best. I was literally stating that they are meant to be played in PvP as they are designed to do so but they can always change their design philosophy and allow them to be played without being annoying. I try not to feed the forum trolls but I couldn’t help myself.

this is the part that i agree with you but most people have as a problem with things like prot pal
dont get me wrong i play unholy dk all specs should have a place in pvp but their pve roles should be discarded y/n?
stunandbung queues with a warrior that has a swifty macro to parry with all of his offensive cds because he doesnt know how to bladestorm a disarm

Prot was fine but they should have been counted as a healer role and not have been allowed to Q with a healer. One healer OR tank per team.

No because they can still queue cringe cheese in the opener comps. Maybe not to rank 1 but definitely gladiator.
Also still able to queue 2s which comps like BM hunter/prot & Arms/prot are extremely frustrating to fight.
Yea 2s are a meme but still.
Tanks are designed entirely for pve, keep them in pve.

They need to separate the nerfs in Arenas and BGs. they just killed us off in BGs where we originally would belong more than arenas.
cause now im going to bring a healer with me into Arenas because of their nerf. so now you get a even stronger healer with more defensives at his disposal PLUS mine…

If you lose to a prot pally that isnt skilled you shouldn’t even touch arenas. Your voice shouldn’t matter.
What you going to do if they took your key spell and gutted it by 80%? You wouldn’t like that would you… If you want us gone. have them REBALANCE and change the nerfs to be game specific. What you do causes a loop effect.
When you nerf us in Arenas it comes back and hits us in RBGs so we are forced out of RBGs cause nobody wants us. So we come BACK to Arenas. I’d much rather run flags and be an actual tank instead of a SUPPORT CLASS literally half my spells are for support. Have them make me an actual tank again. undo my horse nerf.
have them rebalance my heal. let me take actual impacts. THEN you wont see me in arenas again. Until then. im going to bring a damn healer with me… Thankyou for making the anti-meta even more toxic. Think before all you meta slaves speak… Prot pally isnt the issue.

its a support spell for a -support- class im a support class. why else would i have so many spells and powers the aid others.
you’re basically telling a support class he cant support anymore. then make me a full on tank cause you dont want me doing damage as a tank so have them rebalance it.
Cause again. i’d LOVE to be a actual tank once again. I won’t care about the heal nerf IF im no longer support but an actual tank on par with Guardian druids cause what else is there besides that. give the game some competition.
Change it up. have some variety in your playstyle. Expect something DIFFERENT. I know you don’t want to get paired into WW monks all day or get focused by a Arms warrior or suddenly die to a 60k+ deathBolt. you can’t tell me you DONT want more changes.
THAT would be a good one for everyone let us go back to BGs. our nerfs in arenas FORCED us into arenas… The loop… see where im going with it?

Yes it is, You have plenty of handicaps to win already if you are losing to it then thats on you.
You hit 50% harder and when we use a major defensive its considered gone. we won’t be getting it back if you dump into us, we have to use our brains and predict WHEN is the proper time to use it we can’t just throw it out there and get in back in 1-2 minutes. Every class that has a anti-healing mechanic counters us because we are hit with dampening AND that.
And you are not a support class You do enough damage. Yet your heals currently (after nerf) stronger than mine AND you have a defensive that counters bursts maybe the next nerf should be your class. make Greater fade a 1-2 minute CD. You wouldn’t like that would you? You’d get carved up.
This is the sad part about of the community. No one wants a nerf but when it’s a class they don’t like they are happy for it regardless what the nerf is. How blizzard nerfs or modifies a class is important.
