personal loot can’t be traded unless someone has a ilvl equivalent or higher in that slot, it’s extremely problematic because tier set you need to have a tier ilvl piece in that slot already to trade it.
This is ending up with our first week of raiding we have half the guild with 1 piece where we could have had 1/4 of the guild with two pieces for the bonuses.
