I got my anniversary toons to 58 in case I want to hop into the dark portal, but for now I’m staying in era.

Era players are so sad tbh. They sweat in the easiest version of the game and develop a god complex. It’s always funny seeing these players do any real content that’s not just press buttons and stand still the whole time. Whenever an era player types anything about skill I just laugh because genuinely a trained monkey could parse a 99 on mage in era.

If you can’t beat some rat in full pve gear with 4k hp then it’s a skill issue.
People play frost mage in Era? Are you sure about that? Sure its literally a 1 button rotation but now Retail has a literal 1 button rotation option also; making the two games not terribly different in that respect… Additionally addons exist to do exactly the same thing even on more complex classes in present Cata soon to be MoP.
TLDR, because of addons and scripts this game has never been what some people claim it.
Retail 1 button has a delay and is useless in mythic+ fire mage is also resident sleeper. Sorry you took this personally era player. Your game is braindead easy and a joke stop trying to convince yourself you need to be a top level gamer to press basic CDs and buttons.

Players will sill use the 1 button option and its very likely that they will clear the content…
Additionally if they figure out that a superior version of that exists in the form of an addon; they will just install the addon and do even more effective damage without actually learning the classes… This stuff has been going on since OG vanilla, and people pretend that “omg some class spec is really complicated” and then continue to make believe some BS… when the truth is… EZ game always has been.
If you play wow and you’re here for “complicated nonsense” then you’re playing the worng game because addons and scripts are basically allowed.
If you’re here for the fun of it, then enjoy; anything past that is truly dumb.
you can make this game as easy or hard as you want, but pretending a certain version is harder or easier is as painfully false as the number of addons and play aids as you choose to install or not.
If you want hard play dark souls.
Show me a m+ 2500+ rated player using it or a CE player using it then I’ll agree. They won’t be.
And again stop coping that you think era takes skill bozo. You probably think naxx in full pre bis with no world buffs is challenging XD

Its not yet present, but blizzard is certain to push this into action because Microsoft owns Blizzard and there is likely a movement within to get WoW onto X-box and all that, but I suspect that its going to be a thing even at higher ratings. I know that will wound egos, but machines do not make mistakes, and this is the same methodology behind the use of bots and scripts.
Overall its no different than the players who use bots and lazy larry scripts that factually do operate the character rotations better than a human can because they’re basically perfect.

When you use addons that pop up and tell you what to do, and these have been around for no joke decades in many formats you’re playing a game on wheelchair ramp mode… Its by no means a “HARD” game, and never has and never will be so long as that stuff exists.

I know Era is easy, I even said so… like multiple times; no one thinks era is hard, or Anniversary or SoD or TBC or Cata, or name of version here… they’re all easy.

You realize that quality of game play happens in every single PVP enabled ever made. There are great players and players who just don’t know what’s going on in every game. I played Retail not terribly long ago, and there are great players there and terrible players there alike, just like there are on Sod, Cata, (soon MoP), Anniversary, and Era.

Era players got so butthurt the spam reported my comment of era being so easy even without add-ons it’s a joke compared to any other game.so that it got taken down for “sexual and inappropriate content” how sad. Era players are just perma cope and mald their 10k avg monthly pop servers are dying while retail is doing great at 700k monthly pop.
