But I’m also at a point with WoW lore where I’m coming to agree with the “How can anyone care about this anymore?” perspective.
We’ve watched amateur butchers taking a hack at the same mangled piece of meat for a decade or more now. It’s more of a contest of who can do it the worst than who can do it the best now.
Wrath ended the story started by the RTS games and since then it has just been a rotating door of progressively more terrible writers so while I wish we could honor the lore of the past there isn’t much of it left to honor.
