A 60/40 split is not anywhere near a 2:1 ratio imbalance.
It will be difficult for Horde to get to high warlord if there aren’t any opposing faction to kill in the world and/or BG queues are excessively long for them

That is the general encounters in the world. Separate from the overall population imbalance obviously. I do not know what you do for a living, but the fact your vision is very short term, I am guessing mommy and daddy’s basement Is about as far as you will get. If you are that ignorant to not see the problem and understand where it leads(server merges, excessive battleground que, faction exodus off servers).
