I'm Sorry Blizz, love you, but Someone Messed up on the Stress Test

There could be a bug or something client side that’s preventing the refresh. I don’t know, I’m just trying random ideas here. It’s not like he has anything else to do.

Yeah, you guys are fine. I just want to play. That’s all. I’m not complaining. I’m just unsure of what to do. I’m not the only one with this issue. Hopefully Blizz fixes this or addresses this before 4 PST.

Probably just user error on their end. They are probably just working off of a spreadsheet or something and someone didn’t do the flags properly.

Still no download option. Email received though.

I highly doubt anyone is not going to show up on August 27th over this.

I’m not whining. Stop. I received an email. I can’t download the client they told me I could download. Just stop.

I am asking why I got an email saying I am in the stress test and instructions on how to get it and it doesn’t work.

I had the same issue i closed the launcher out and reopened and nothing. Then i logged out of the launcher and re opened still nothing. Lastly i tried to download the PTR and it showed up. It seems downloading the PTR forces it to show up. Keep in mind it didnt show up until the PTR was done and i restarted it.

Not saying you’re whining, but the fire and brimstone approach (i.e. Don’t piss us off!) isn’t going to help anything, when you’re obviously invested and are going to be playing anyway.

There seems to be a logical explanation for this, and hopefully everything gets worked out for everyone by this afternoon/evening.

So where is the response to this? Why do I have an email and no option to download the client. It’s cool a Green acknowledges the problem but… … …

Give them time to solve and get back to everyone. In my daily work, it takes me a lot longer to resolve an issue if I have to keep acknowledging the issue every 30 seconds as people keep asking about it.

Did you try what he suggested? Force quit everything to do with the launcher?

I have a question, Anyone who is not seeing the test in launcher region/account to download. Do you have 2 PTRs showing under development ? someone mentioned this in another post that this was the cause.

Because I do have 2 PTRs in mine but they are uninstalled, but they still show in region.
