how i wouldnt be mad: if there was a potential " this item may be free someday " on the menu before buying.
Because for me, them doing it this one time isnât setting a precedent that all store items will go out for free.
I could also see them giving the Horde contest motorcycle and the Star Pony as a promotional item.
My RAF mounts are up for grabs, too.
The precedent they have set, in my mind, are things that are no longer available to earn.
This questions the sanctity of earning anything that might " go away "

Any of this speculation is playing into a slippery slope, though. They have done it with the transmog helms. So only store items so far. There are other store items that have been taken away. The only thing we can do is wait and see.
We know store items have the potential for promotions later. If that stops you from buying store items in the future, itâs understandable. But Iâm personally not going to get myself upset over something that I happily paid for at the time become free for others to use.

They way he suggested it was basically commit fraud. Make account, with a new email every 30 days. Problem is Amazon isnât a bunch of idiots, and will notice a pattern. You will have to re-appy for Prime gaming every time. Also, you can only link your Battle Net account ONCE. What heâs not telling you is that youâll probably lose the items once you unsubscribe from Amazon and the link to Prime Gaming is broken.

Yes, I spend real money on those helmets too. But I could enjoy them before those who are now getting them for free could. Never once was it stated the hats were unique.
