the reason i dont think fresh servers are the play, is because people want to continue their character and bring it over, if you have to limit gold and number of items, fine, dont allow hoarding of wealth to be carried over, but dont null my progress here, ya feel me?
additionally classic servers are going to be kept alive here, i think the way to handle TBC is to allow players to opt in if they so choose. and people can transfer their character to a new TBC server. this allows for a correction of servers and rebalancing of factions as needed. people should be allowed to choose where they want to go.
