The attemped changes on April 14th left a really bad taste in my mouth.
I had alot of plans for phase 2, level alts, gear up, grind gold, etc.
But I completely lost my motivation, seeing as how Blizzard can decide to ruin the game over night.
I do not feel confident in the Classic Dev Team at all. And the future feels way too uncertain to invest time into this game.
First time?
I played from 2005-2015. Then from 2019-2026. So no. I have been here since the begining of real Blizzard.
Anniversary was scuffed on so many levels from day 1.
-Layering
-Mega Servers
-Fast timeline.
But i still played. The april 14th changes had me unsub all 4 accounts.

Same just raid logging or logging on when asked to help by guildies for something.
But just waiting on blizz to attempt some other bs so i can drop this version in a heartbeat.
Still subbed for classic era they prob regret that version since they cannot artificially create a problem to provide a monetized solution.
Literally in same boat. I literally only raid log right now but about to start the attunements for next tiers and not sure if want to do all of that for blizzard to pull another stunt.
Maybe a good time to just not play it. I enjoyed TBC a lot the very first time around, but also lost motivation during Classic, and haven’t been playing Anniversary much at all…
It’s just entertainment dude. You don’t really need to overthink it, your not obligated to log in every day
If you enjoy playing, play. If not go hit up Netflix, the gym, play some other games, whatever entertains you

The game is literally on auto pilot from here on out. The new reps are optional for the majority of people. People are acting like they are on the verge of raid logging in p1 you will be raid logging from week one SSC TK or just quit because your guild isn’t clearing them both week 1.

Attendance already an epidemic in TBC because for some reason Heroics are pre-nurf.
There’s rating requirements on arena gear? Like wtf? (There wasn’t in S1, 2 OG TBC).
And then blizz tries to be douchebags about, *checks notes *, “legitimately farming gold, but in a dungeon”.
Like, cripes. Just give us the game and disappear, blizzard.

they hijacked all the assets/codes from tortoise wow so i think classic+ will be released early lol
Literally overnight- they made a blue post that evening before the patch maintenance.

They should have “hijacked” Turtle Wow’s developers and canned theirs.
Or else Classic+ will eventually die due to their silly decisions just like SOD and all the other versions of Classic this team has worked on. Anyone up for some Nightmare incursions?..
