What do you think? Badges and gear. The prebis farm is one of the most active and fun times of a WoW expansion, anything that trivializes it is just annoying and unfun.

Wrath was the first expansion where the playerbase didnt grow, and cata is when it began to actually decline.

Thereâs only so many people that are going to want to play the game? Games donât just continue to keep growing. and of course it went down in cata. But thats because of a lot of other reasons. Cataclysm introduced a lot of new things that werenât desirable.

There is a LOT less participation for PvP than for PvE.
PvP almost requires some sort of queue.
PvE does not.
You will have a choice on how to play.
Premades. Or solo queue.
Youâre taking away my choice.
I donât want to play the way you play. I want to queue.
You donât want to play the way I play. You want to waste hours on forming group & travelling.
So be it man.
But donât you dare to take away my choice because of your personal preference.
Iâm not taking anything away from you.

This is correct. While Wrath had a plateau from the start of wrath until mid expansion, then subs rose until the last few months, then it had another plateau at the end, then a few months into Cata saw its first real decline.

I wish people would stop trying to imply i could play the way i want to play if it was in the game, when that simply isnt true, its like people are completely unwilling to see anyone elses perspective and just throw insults and strawmans at anyone who want to preserve the integrity of the game they play.

and Wrath-RDF had nothing to do with it.
In fact, Cataâs heroics were actually super overtuned. Like, obnoxiously overtuned. Like try running Shattered Halls HC in all green gear at level 68 type of overtuned.
It did turn away a lot of players phase 1 of cata

So instead of playing the way you want to play, and letting us play the way we want to play⌠Youâd rather take something out of the game so were forced to play the way you want to play, but when if it went our way you could still play the way you want to play.

I want to play the game by having a vendor just sell me all of the pvp gear, they should add a vendor that just sells you gladiator gear, but still have the option of requiring arena points to buy it.
That way I could enjoy the game my way, and people who actually want to put in more effort can get the stuff they want their way. Obviously its that simple.
