I made lard today from pork trimmings I buy at the supermarket. I fry in the lard, and the trimmings cook down to some amazing porky goodness.
I can smell the deliciousness.
It is just so real. A little salt and seasoning is all it needs.
I havent had salt and vinegar chips in forever, I think this is a sign to pick some up to have with my lunch today.

A while back I saw a recipe on youtube where someone added pickle chips to cheese and some other stuff. I said to myself, “Self, pickle powder would be better.” I don’t know if pickle powder is available, but I was able to ferment a big batch of dill pickles , cut them up, dehydrate them, and turn them into a powder. Which smells like cheese.
I like my mouth to be numb and my insides to burn.
