I haven’t either nor pvp’ed much due to there not being a vendor.

I get more gear than people who play pvp for doing nothing.

great system.

400ilvl is heroic BoD level. Despite what the internet claims, most people are not raiding on mythic.

Through random BGs, not even arena or rated BGs.

Yeah. I mean what is the point of gear if you’re not going to take them into raids or PvP to smack some bosses around with it.

I don’t care about the rewards as much as doing the content. Im pushing +18,+19+20 keys. Why you think i do them when a +10 gives me the same level of rewards?

I like the challenge.

Read above.

That’s cool. Can you compete with similar geared characters? If so good on you, if not then what’s the point of your gear?

If you inspect this person you will see they have a gladiator lvl 400 trinket, which requires a lot of dedication to earn, and heroic titanforge gear. This person is far from casual. And has done quite a bit of content.

Grats!

I do one M+ a week and I’m 414.

I do random BGs and WPVP, so the gear certainly does help.

This pretty true too.

No, it just requires capping 500 conquest every week which can be done through random BGs and incursions with Warmode turned on.

My Mage is 396 and has done even less.

Is your gear itemization good? Honest question. I’m not sure what stats Sub requires, but to me that would be the advantage of doing challenging content. To target specific gear so the game play/experience is as good as it can be for the particular spec. My pally is close to 400 without doing anything either but her gear itemization sucks and is only good for questing,

I think the people who do raiding and m+ dungeons are doing them because they enjoy them. You don’t because you don’t feel you need to. Everyone has their own playstyle, but the people who want to raid and dungeon will continue to do so because they enjoy it. Their rewards are going up too.

Not by much. CoS only increases rewards by 5-10ilvl, and only drops gear for a few slots. By the time 8.2 drops, even the laziest casual will be 400+ilvl. The gear inflation this expansion is insane.

running the same dungeons at harder levels over and over again isnt content.you can see raid content in lfr.

there is no poijt for m+ or raids.

I’m a raider, and sometimes I’d argue raiding for gear is much more difficult than world quests. At least in WQ and bgs you’re guaranteed gear, but in raids and Mythic+'s it’s a drop of a hat.

396 just from signing on for an hour or two 3-4 evenings a week here.

It does kinda kill any drive I’d have to raid or do M+ seriously, because without the gear carrot neither appeals to me. I don’t like the twitchy action game style that both have taken on in the past few xpacs… give me a good old style long, take-it-at-your-own-pace dungeon crawl, please. The timer and duct-taped-on affixes in M+ are more frustrating than fun. If I wanted action there’s a crapton of PS4 titles that are more worthy of my time.

Im pretty sure Mythic+ and Raids are content, just because you don’t like them or have something against it doesnt mean we can’t count them as content.

And even if what you said was right (which is not), i have fun doing it.

I mean if you don’t play the game then there is no point at all to do anything.
