iLVL and raider IO should be included in forum posts

Where as I think you’re ignoring the bigger picture. While that information can provide context there is more than just raiding and mythic+ in this game. Should we include conquest points and HKs too? It’s pointless.

Which discounts the opinion of someone who might be 8/8 on mythic on another toon.

A lot of people don’t forum post on their main toons because they don’t want people bothering them in game.

Anyway you’ll have to wait another expansion for your request, OP. I’m sure by then, Blizzard will have incorporated RaiderIO into their default UI, and so it’ll be something they include on Armory (i.e. not 3rd party links)

also 700 io and only a lovely 1/8 M prog.

whooo BOY elitist requirements have changed.

for real though, you wanna know what higher caliber “real” elitists say about raiderio and warcraft logs and ilvl…

Nothing… cause they hide their logs, and they only run M+ within their own groups and they min max all the stats so ilvl does not beat skill.

Also his IG account; he might be really bad at selfies, and I don’t want to accept the opinions of someone like that.

That being said…Raider IO isn’t Blizzard, why would Blizzard support another site on their forums?

I haven’t used the forums in a while, I forgot how easy this can be.

Maybe Raider IO is a stretch at the moment, but I imagine at one point time it will be included into the blizzard system because of its popularity.

The OP is too pro for me :sob:. But really though, it is always the same caliber of player who makes a post like this for attention. Someone who has never parsed well, barely stepped foot in content that even remotely matters and thinks they are a god.

While I do understand what you mean. They probably are trying to avoid such things as being taken more/less seriously due to arbitrary information.

Let me explain through a favorite phrase of mine.

You have two men. Each with a penny. The two men walk up to each other and exchange pennies and then walk away. Each with a penny.
Now you have the same two men but this time each has an idea. They walk up to each other and exchange ideas and then walk away. Each with two ideas.

The forums is a place to exchange ideas. Your Ilvl, IO score, AOTC or whatever should not be the determining factor of how valuable your post is. The post itself is what is important. Just mho

Lol, point to where I said MY posts should be valued more than anyone else’s point.

Man,

Ask to touch someone’s antlers just ONE TIME! and you’re labeled for life
Sheesh!!

Ehhhh, I’d agree with ya, but I’ve seen way too many people who put no effort into the game and then scream about how the game needs better tuning or how there is nothing to do to think that’s entirely true.

When you are sitting here, trying to evaluate people based on RaiderIO/ilvl before actually caring about their posts while being absolutely mediocre yourself, it is laughable. If you want to do that, and make everyone aware of it, maybe you should work on yourself first before asking Blizzard to make it easier to do.

It doesn’t count if they’re trying to punt you. Stand your ground!

Hey man I’ll take the guess work out of it for you. My RaiderIO and iLvl are both zero. You may now proceed to ignore me.

But not every opinion is as valuable as each other. For example, I’m barely in Mythic right now so I don’t think my opinion on Mythic raiding is as valuable as someone who is 8/8M since they have much more experience. Likewise someone who hasn’t even stepped into Mythic has much less credibility on Mythic.
