Tuesday/Wednesdays 7:00 PM - 10:00 PM Central
Invites are at 6:50 PM!

Team Infract is a raiding team in Envelop-Illidan that only raids six hours a week.
Our raid team is composed of Multi-CE leadership (10+ CE RL). The team will be a Cutting Edge-focused team in Dragonflight. Team Infract will be a good fit for players who are interested in using Season 4 to find a home and build team chemistry for Cutting Edge in Dragonflight but might not desire to commit to pushing CE in Season 4.

Season 4 will be a casual Heroic tier for Team Infract while we focus on building out a strong core for Dragonflight CE

Accepting players who are returning to the game for Season 4 and Dragonflight but need a little help getting caught up before Season 4 starts

Mentality:

While there are many teams who progress quicker than us and put more emphasis on Server or World ranking (and have a corresponding raid environment), our emphasis is not on pushing rankings or competing with other guilds but just obtaining Cutting Edge in a reasonable time. We maintain a relaxed but punctual and focused raid environment and aim for a stable core. Unlike many other guilds that advertise to raid 6 hours a week but include an “optional night” (that ends up not feeling so optional), we do not.

Our objective is to progress quickly while maintaining an excellent raid atmosphere.

Our Dragonflight raiders have significant experience in raiding Cutting Edge. In Nyalotha and Castle Nathria we achieved CE on a 6-hour schedule. We decided to take a break from the game after CN and will be returning to CE form in Dragonflight. The core of our team, which will be returning in Dragonflight, are strong players who have multiple Cutting Edge titles to their name. We are looking for players who are constantly looking for ways to improve and can take constructive criticism/suggestions.

We like to have a relaxed atmosphere, but also desire to focus during progression.

Requirements:

If you have a negative/argumentative attitude or are not performing well and fail to try to improve, you may be sat for progression in Dragonflight.

Be on time, prepared, and ready to pull at 6:50 PM.
We expect our raiders to optimize their characters (gems, enchants, ect.).
There is no toxicity or drama in Team Infract, period. This is non-negotiable

Hey there, I filled out an application earlier this morning. I mentioned that my got lost from a series of name changes and I managed to get into contact with warcraftlogs support so they could retrieve my logs for me.

I cannot post them here unfortunately, but my character is now available to be searched on the website. If you’d like I could DM them as well.

In the meantime I think I overlooked the question “What steps would you take to improve if you were under-performing?” and my answer was that I would first evaluate which areas I am lacking on and then proceed to use the various resources that are available to improve my gameplay (wowhead, method, icyveins. As a holy priest, I’m grateful to have top end priest healers such as AutomaticJak give me insight before most expansions/seasons even launch. It’s more of a preemptive tool so that I don’t hinder the raid once we actually get going.
