Far from the same, Pain sup is a flat damage reduction up for the entire buff time. Ignore pain while being a 50% damage reduction is only a reduction to a small amount of damage that some classes peel off with an auto attack or instant cast, so yes its 50% damage reduction but not really, 50% of 30-40kish and having a not long but not short cooldown either most people till tear it off without even realizing you put it up.

they are treally good on NA servers becasuse your meta here is monkey brain, compare 2.4k + meta in eu vs na and the reason will be out there, here meta favors warriors since nobody plays their counters. Na warriors inflate numbers while eu is being kept in check by ele destro rogue compsxd
