If/when can we equip a second legendary?

Ok. I have seen multiple people create secondary legendaries in game not realizing they couldn’t equip. So, tiny violin going out to those people. Maybe blizz should of put that in a tooltip or something. Lol

I mean I was about to craft my second legendary soon because ya know every guide says to craft two legendaries. Even pathing out when to upgrade to 4.

But thank god I saw this thread.
