If you're banning GDKP, what alternative solution are you offering?

It’s not though

dear god man, just give up.

So you were wrong in claiming it was?

Anything you want that costs gold. The idea that nobody at all ever uses their payout to buy things outside of a GDKP is amazingly false.

Cuz you can’t earn DKP that way in a normal DKP.

It is DKP in name only. Not in function.

In name only.

Spend it on whatever I want to. Like just about everyone in this game does except for you apparently.

No, you were

Huh. Multiple people who have posted here seem to describe you as using that claim. Not me. Weird. Almost like anyone can scroll up to see that…

So you flip tainted gold. For more gold. Grats

You’ve hit on a very important point. Once that gold is bought and traded into the game, it becomes relatively impossible to track.

All the more reason to eliminate incentives to buy gold. Like buying gear in GDKP runs.

The answer is they play the game outside of raids as well as raiding,

Okay so any gold earned on the AH is tainted, if i sell a potion to a gold buyer.

That doesn’t answer the question either. the question was whether or not you can guarantee the gold being used in GDKPs doesn’t bleed over into other economic areas of the game.

So can you?

rmt/botted gold hitting the ah is a problem as well, nobody has ever claimed it isnt

the main difference is using the AH is a totally blind transaction, the seller has no idea who the buyer is and where their gold came from

in a GDKP… you know the dude throwing around large amounts of gold and telling people openly in disc he swiped probably bought gold, and dont tell me that never happens because ive been in gdkps where it has personally on other versions of wow.

And that’s yet another thing you’ve been wrong about.

Which is it?

The funny part is that if she had known what the word “hyperbole” means, she wouldn’t have had to use such strange and inaccurate language to describe what she was doing.

She could have just said, “I was obviously using hyperbole,” and she wouldn’t have looked so foolish.

I’m not readin that, but sorry that happened to you…
or congrats…

I can tell you are horrible at your practice. Continuing to ignore facts and assuming everything while taking everything out of context. I actually respect that you know how to beat around the bush pretty well and for that I like you lol. If you ever choose to not take things out of context you shall find your answer to these questions

it rather seems you are having trouble understanding basic definitions

its not blind, rather many gold buyers use the AH as a form of RMT. This is proven one of the most safest and effective ways to buy gold, launder gold and split gold. Should they ban the AH to prevent this? Bc using your logic with gdkps, it seems the AH is promoting RMT as well
